Aligned Ambition. A 12-week coaching programme for women who want to keep building.

A structured, 1:1 engagement built around three phases: Reset, Restore, Rebuild. We work weekly over 12 weeks to get clear on what you actually want, build the foundations to sustain it, and turn the shift into real, named outcomes you can see.

Performance and wellbeing aren't separate conversations. They're the same one.

The structure is consistent. The pace is yours. Each phase builds on the last, and the work you do in week 12 wouldn't be possible without the work you did in week 1.

Clarity, direction, focus

We start by cutting through the noise. Most career advice optimises for someone else's definition of success. The first move is identifying yours.

What we work on

  • Defining your version of success, the one you actually want, not the inherited one
  • Naming the values you'll defend and the trade-offs you're willing to make for them
  • Mapping your current state across career, energy, relationships, and finances so we know where the leaks are
  • Setting the goals we'll actually pursue together over the remaining eight weeks

A clear, value-aligned vision for what you're building, and a roadmap you can defend to yourself.

Sustainable performance is built on physical and mental foundations. Yours, specifically. Together we build a personal toolkit you'll actually use.

  • Energy mapping: when you're sharp, when you're not, and how to plan around it instead of fighting it
  • Your physical foundations: movement, sleep, nutrition. No prescriptive plans, just yours
  • Boundaries that hold: protecting your time, attention, and energy without the guilt
  • Your environment: the people, systems, and rhythms that support you vs the ones quietly draining you

  • Showing up with executive presence in the high-stakes moments that matter
  • The specific career skills we identified back in Reset: negotiation, leading teams, holding hard conversations, whatever your goals demand

Real wins by the end. Conversations you've had, asks you've made, decisions you've taken. A practical track record of acting differently, evidence you can keep building from.

What's included

Everything the work needs.

No upsells, no add-on packages. The programme includes everything required to do the work properly.

  • 12 weekly 60-minute sessions, online Held over Zoom at a regular weekly time. Sessions can flex around big work events or travel by agreement.
  • Between-session voice and message support For when something comes up between sessions. The conversation continues; you're not on your own with it.
  • A personalised toolkit, built with you Frameworks, prompts, reflection structures, and resources, curated to your specific goals as we go.
  • Session notes and action plans You leave each session with a written summary and clear actions. Nothing relies on memory.
  • A full programme review In week 12 we map what's changed, what's next, and how to keep the momentum going on your own.

Access to Work

Approved provider, UK

You may not need to pay for this yourself.

If you have a long-term physical or mental health condition that affects your work, you may be eligible to have the full coaching programme funded by Access to Work, a UK government scheme that supports people with disabilities or health conditions in their careers.

I'm an approved Access to Work provider. If you've already received your grant, get in touch and we'll confirm fit on a free consultation call. If you haven't applied yet, I can refer you to a specialist partner who'll guide you through the process at no cost.

Practical things

Frequently asked.

If something isn't here, ask on the consultation call. I'd rather you book a call with the right questions than commit without them.

What's the time commitment?

One hour a week for the live session, plus the time to do the work we agree between sessions. The between-session work is the part that creates the change, so I'd plan for a couple of hours a week of reflection and action on top of the session itself.

Sessions can flex around big work events or travel by agreement. The clients who get the most out of this are the ones who can commit consistently, not the ones who do the most.

Are the sessions online?

Yes. All sessions are held online over Zoom, which means I can work with clients across the UK and internationally without anyone losing time to travel. The format also means the programme is accessible if you're managing a health condition that makes regular in-person sessions hard.

Can I do this through Access to Work?

Yes, if you're UK-based and have a disability or long-term health condition that affects your work. I'm an approved Access to Work provider, which means the full programme can potentially be funded by the scheme rather than coming out of your own pocket.

If you've already received a grant, get in touch and we'll confirm fit on a consultation call. If you haven't applied, I can refer you to a partner who'll guide you through the application at no cost.

I don't have a specific health condition. Is this still right for me?

Yes. Health-aware coaching is the foundation of the method, but the programme itself is for any senior woman who wants to grow her career sustainably, with health and energy treated as part of the strategy rather than a problem to solve later.

I'm feeling a bit lost on direction. Can you still help?

Absolutely. This is more common than you might think. Most of us are taught to think about the job we want, not the life we want to build, and the result is a lot of capable women who feel directionless even at the top of their careers.

Clarity is the first phase of the programme for exactly this reason. We can spend as long as you need on it.

What's the investment?

The programme is offered by application, with pricing discussed on a consultation call once we've confirmed it's the right fit. UK clients eligible for Access to Work funding may have the programme fully covered by the scheme.

I keep the application process simple: a 30-minute call, no pitch, and a clear yes or no afterwards.
